| Trials with the Piranhas |

Love being in the water, enjoy swimming, thinking about becoming involved in a fun, friendly and competitive swimming club? Then come and try out at Putteridge Piranhas. Trials are open to swimmers of all ages who can continuously swim between 25 to 50 metres or further, with a good technique in at least two strokes. Trials are held at Putteridge Recreation Swimming Pool every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Just grab your gear, turn up and ask to speak to a coach. Trial swimmers are assessed and are accepted into the club if: · their stroke is a good standard for their age · there is space in the club for new swimmers in that age group · the swimmer wishes to swim competitively once they reach race standard Swimmers are then offered a one month’s introduction and receive two weeks free membership. If there is no available space then the swimmer is placed on a waiting list.
