ASA Masters National Champs

Good luck to all the Seniors/Masters who are competing at the ASA Masters National Championships in Sheffield, which commences tomorrow.

The country’s best Masters swimmers will descend on Ponds Forge in Sheffield this weekend (28-30 October) for the ASA National Masters Championships 2016.

This short course showstopper is one of the highlights of the domestic Masters swimming calendar. It has a fantastic atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy.

Each year the event grows bigger and more swimmers come from all corners of the country to pit themselves against their peers and make new friends in the process. We will expect to see British, European and World records tumble over the course of the weekend.

This was only Patricia’s second masters competition ever, after she thoroughly enjoyed success at the masters nationals a month prior. Not only did she set 2 new personal bests in both the 50 and 100 breast, but 2 new county records...
