Hemel Hempstead Spring Development Meet Level 3

Hi All,

Please find attached details of Hemel Hempstead Development meet on the weekend of 20th and 21st May 2017. This is a level 3 meet, please read the meet conditions carefully. There are no faster times and you can enter events with no time. This is a great meet to enter for our younger development squad swimmers and for swimmers looking for county qualification times.

This will be a popular meet so we are asking for entries to be received by NOON ON SATURDAY 11TH MARCH.

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY

You DO NOT need to complete any paperwork for this meet. Just follow the instructions below:

1. Check your swimmer is not too fast, see the qualifying times on the attached sheet. Please be aware that the age is age as of 21st May 2017. If you are unsure if you qualify please email competitions@putteridgesc.co.uk  and we will confirm.

2. Email competitions@putteridgesc.co.uk with your swimmers name and the events they wish to swim. Confirm in the same email the amount you are transferring by BACS  using the reference HH17 – followed by the first 6 letters of your surname e.g.

3. Swims are £5.50 each. Transfer your payment to account HSBC Bank, Sort Code 40-30-39, account number 21073516, remembering to use your personally created reference as above. Please contact competitions@putteridgesc.co.uk if you need to use another method of payment and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please do not give entries to Lesley or other members of the club as these will not be accepted.

4. You will receive an email acknowledgement of receipt of your entry.

All qualifying swimmers can enter, although please check with Lesley and Lawrence for confirmation on events if you are not sure what to enter.
